32 weeks= 8 months!

Ok so i'm feel stretched to my max and have 5-8 weeks to go. Cade is still super active and every movement is way more uncomfortable. He loves to have as much of his body up high and in my rib cage as possible. He moves a good portion of the night and it is so cool because now if you push back or rub where you see him moving he moves back. Some days we just stare at my belly and laugh as it looks like an alien is in there as it moves all over the place. We are getting so excited and nervous and did i mention excited for when we finally get to meet him. I don't sleep much at night so I guess it is just practice for when he comes.
My belly grew an inch in diameter last week which is crazy to us to realize how fast our man is growing. This month we are tackling getting his room together and trying to make room in my parents house for another person. Have I mentioned how gracious and amazing they are!! Through the holidays I created a mocktail for myself (fake cocktail) of cranberry juice and gingerale, it has been my treat lately when i feel like something sweet. Other than that I really don't have huge indulgences or cravings. Apparently i've been a pretty mellow pregnant person, which I'm totally cool with.
I have officially gained 16 pounds and so i'm very proud of myself. Nick gets really excited when I tell him i've gained another pound or if I ask for a second helping of something. It is funny because I think most husbands complain about that stuff but he is excited.
Most of my activity consits of walking, napping and working on projects for school or work here and there. I truly spend a lot of time napping since I don't sleep. I was talking about how it would be hard to be on bedrest tonight and my dad jokingly said "oh i thought you were". We all laughed a lot because the timimg was perfect and most of the time when no one knows where i am, i'm sleeping. ha ha Oh well, figure why not.
Well, enough with the details and here are our 8 month belly shots. My belly is totally lopsided because Cade was in a weird position. Enjoy!

7.5 month belly

Here is my 7.5 month Belly Shot. Nick was gone in Chicago for a wedding and so these were my self taken pics off my computer cam. They are kind of fun!

So Christmas eve we spent with my family. It started off with nick putting on an "interesting" to say the least church service for my sister and I since she couldn't go to church. Nick was the one man show. He even lead worship, sort of... and had a candle light service (or lit match service). He also dressed Harry in his finest Christmas sweater.

We then had the rest of the family join us for food, presents and a little wii tournament. It was a fun evening.

Christmas day we had with my parents in the morning and the power went out so we opened presents by the fire and then made breakfast panini sandwiches on the camping stove and generator. It was awesome!!! We had a great Christmas and it was fun being with our families this year on Christmas eve and Christmas day.

My parents gave Nick Harry for Christmas without telling us. So we kind of have a dog but he is on probation until Cade comes and we see how he adjusts.


We also put our friends baby in the manger at church! She wasn't a big fan of the manger.
